1A TO HONOR MY MEN

I began writing these memoirs on the 25th anniversary of the June 6, 1969, Nui Ba Den Sapper attack. During the attack, four of my men were killed by enemy fire, and there is not a day that passes that I do not think of them. To those brave men who sacrificed their lives so others may live, I dedicate this blog containing over sixty stories from my time in War Zone C, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
